Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CraftCodely SRL ("NuxtBeyond," "we," "us," or "our") governing your purchase and use of the NuxtBeyond boilerplate at nuxtbeyond.com.

By purchasing NuxtBeyond, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not purchase or use NuxtBeyond.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase NuxtBeyond. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during purchase
• You have the authority to use the payment method provided

NuxtBeyond is a software boilerplate (starter template) for building AI-powered SaaS applications. Your purchase includes:

• Source code - Complete access to the NuxtBeyond codebase
• Documentation - Setup guides and CLAUDE.md for AI-assisted development
• Lifetime updates - Access to all future updates and improvements
• Discord community - Access to our developer community for support and discussions

The boilerplate is designed to help developers build their own products faster. It is not a hosted service or SaaS platform.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use - Use the NuxtBeyond boilerplate for your own projects
• Modify - Modify the source code to suit your needs
• Deploy - Deploy unlimited applications built with the boilerplate
• Commercial use - Use the boilerplate for commercial projects and client work

This license is granted to you personally (or to your organization if purchased for business use) and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute - Share, resell, or redistribute the boilerplate source code
• Competing products - Use the boilerplate to create a competing boilerplate or template product
• Sub-license - Grant licenses to third parties
• Public repositories - Publish the boilerplate code in public repositories (private repositories are allowed)
• Remove attribution - Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution in the source code

Violation of these restrictions may result in license termination without refund.

• Lifetime updates - Your purchase includes access to all future updates to the boilerplate
• Update delivery - Updates are made available through the download portal or repository access
• No guaranteed timeline - We do not guarantee specific update schedules or features
• Community support - Support is provided through our Discord community
• Email support - You may contact support@nuxtbeyond.com for assistance

THE NUXTBEYOND BOILERPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the boilerplate will meet your specific requirements
• Warranties that the boilerplate will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding third-party services (Cloudflare, Stripe, etc.)

You are responsible for evaluating the boilerplate's suitability for your needs before purchase.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Limited liability - Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of NuxtBeyond is limited to the amount you paid for the boilerplate
• Excluded damages - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Third-party services - We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services (hosting providers, payment processors, AI services, etc.)
• Your responsibility - You are solely responsible for the applications you build and deploy using the boilerplate

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CraftCodely SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of NuxtBeyond
• Applications you build or deploy using the boilerplate
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

• License termination - We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms, particularly the license restrictions
• Effect of termination - Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the boilerplate source code
• No refund - No refund will be provided upon termination for Terms violation
• Survival - Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination

• Governing law - These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Jurisdiction - Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania
• Good faith negotiation - Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of NuxtBeyond after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes to license terms will not retroactively affect existing purchases.

• Entire agreement - These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and NuxtBeyond regarding your purchase
• Severability - If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No waiver - Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment - You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
